Step 1: Totoo ba ang problema?
Karamihan ng failed projects: "Technology looking for problem", nagde-decide muna na gamitin ang blockchain, tapos naghahanap ng use case.
- Existing ba ang problema? "Blockchain + charity para transparent ang bawat peso", pero karamihan ng charities ang problema ay execution, hindi transparency.
- Willing ba ang user na magbayad? Kung ang blockchain solution ay 10x mas mahal pero 10% lang na improvement, walang gagamit.
- May mas simple bang solusyon? "Blockchain + farm tracking", barcode scanning at database pwede rin, mas mura pa.
Step 2: Saan galing ang pera?
Ito ang pinaka-importanteng step. Kapag hindi malinaw ang revenue source, Ponzi possibility.

- Funding: Sino ang VC investors? a16z, Paradigm, Sequoia invested = generally better due diligence (pero hindi guarantee, FTX had top VCs too).
- GitHub activity: Active code updates? O walang commit sa 6 months?
- Community quality: Discussions about tech at product? O puro "moon" at "lambo"?
Step 4: Ano ang sinasabi ng on-chain data?
Advantage ng blockchain: lahat ng data ay public. Hindi mo kailangang magtiwala sa project claims, pwede mong i-verify mismo.
